sorry for the late reply.

lol. it was close. Most of the differences are just me being exceedingly nitpicky. =)

The differences:

– red scales instead of green

– the front fins are near perfect except the three fingers come straight out of the curve of the fin, so there is no hand-like connection between the fingers and the fin

– it’s rather hard to draw, but the nails of the back legs are like thick shields, if that makes sense… (easy for me to picture in my head. lol. but hard to describe…  if you were to bend the first joint of each of your fingers straight down, then imagine the part bent down being the thick fingernail, it’s sort of like that…. if that makes sense?)

– the ears go straight up, just like you drew, and they face outward to the side, like you drew; however, they then curve down, and connects to the nape of the tannink’esh’s neck…like the front is similar to a cliff, while the back is like a sloping hill down to the nape of the neck… if that makes sense? (lol. some reason I can picture my creature great, but can’t describe the specifics of it very well. ;o_ )

– snout slightly smaller and a bit more thick, like a lions, bringing the eyes closer and more vertical to the snout like a lions……less like a dragons… lol. even though it is my world’s version of a dragon.

– the “mane” is extremely hard to draw… I know… but it also goes all the way around its head. It is like the axolotl’s “gills”, but the big difference being it goes all the way around the head and sticks out more vertically than diagonally…

but I’m being nitpicky. =)
