It doesn’t work like a normal lock. It doesn’t open or activate or anything like that. It simply takes a/the key, and once it does, only the lock’s owner can get the key out.

Friendly reminder that the walls to this “room” or miles thick, lest Jayce be tempted to blow his way out, haha.
