Hello, everyone!

I just wanted to apologize for being so absent lately. I know there’s not a required participation level, but this is indeed a guild and I want to be more involved in discussing things and story critique/sharing my own work.

Currently, I am just extremely busy with schoolwork… especially since my creative endeavors are directed pretty much 100% towards the short film I am creating for my film class this semester… actually, it’s due in the middle of March, so I don’t have much time…

However, screenwriting is still a kind of writing, so if I can crank something out for you all to read and give feedback on, I certainly will. 🙂 For now, here is the pitch for my short film.

What if the whole world believed something… and you didn’t? My film revolves around thrilling conspiracy, government lies, and a mentally ill patient wondering if, for once, they aren’t the crazy one. How many lies are being told to us every day? Are we always being watched in ways we wouldn’t expect? Are we ever truly free? What do you do when you’re questioning yourself, and questioning everything you know? Who can you trust? Where can you turn?

These are all questions I seek to explore in the conspiracy thriller, Pigeonhead.

As Nicholas Cage once said, “Either I’m going crazy, or the whole world is insane!”

I can’t wait to have more time to share my own work, as well as make comments on all of you all’s work. 🙂
