Ack. Yes. Stillness is super important but hard to enforce, especially for people who don’t want to slow down XD. I find that journaling gives me a chance to ease up and truly understand what’s going on around me. It also helps me see, record, and appreciate the order and the patterns in life, which gives me a chance to better represent this glorious existence in my stories.
