From what I’ve gathered, we have a group of villains, all recruited for different reasons to form a team by Scamalot the Mighty. It seems that the four of us and I think @sageinthemeadow (and perhaps some other Ereki) will be all different villains (I think 5 or so is a solid group). A hero probably won’t work in this story, but the conflict comes from how the villains all clash with each other and can get nothing done. Well, that should turn out naturally as we build the narrative through chat.

As for characters, it appears to be:

• Catwing – Alice in Wonderland henchman
• Kelly – Scamalot
• Karthmin – Wyrmsbane/poetry
• Sageinthemeadow – pessimistic villain
• Me! – I guess, short-tempered poison-making genius who hates everyone but is only in it for the money and plans to kill everyone after anyways. Also, can I be 10 years old and arrogant and bratty?
