@katthewriter (I should have phrased that better. I meant, can Ignis know Yuri’s name without Yuri actually telling Ignis? And yes, I saw her face description. )

Ignis did not flinch as the girl burst through the door. “No wonder she ran.” Ignis thought as she could now see the many rusty red and cream scars that covered the girl’s face. The girl swayed and grabbed for the wall. With one hand Ignis sent the door swinging closed and with the other, she caught the girl’s hand and helped keep her upright. “Easy now. You’re safe. Everything will be okay.” Ignis spoke the words knowing that they’d be little comfort to this traumatized girl who looked like she was about to pass out, but it was all Ignis knew to say. She took a small step closer to the girl in case she needed something or someone to lean against to help keep her balance.
