Hmmm…my current MC (I finished my last series, *dancing*) Is Rainan Streamgate. However, he’s the villain, too. He wants to earn his mother’s love, I guess that’s his eternal need, by pleasing her. And he thinks that if he can take over and change society, that’ll do the trick. So I guess his external goal is to take over and improve society. However, to do that, he first is going to have to get rid of everyone in his way….Mainly his younger brother, who receives all his mother’s love. It also doesn’t help that he’s powerhungry, to increase his magic to achieve his goals. So I guess he satisfies his internal need by replacing love with power, but…well, his story ends in tragedy, though I haven’t quite decided how that’s going to happen yet.
