@storysmith You’re welcome! I use World Anvil a good deal. Less, recently, since I tend to focus on worldbuilding in waves and this has been an ebbing season as far as that goes, but it’s definitely my favorite worldbuilding tool.
Have you looked up World Anvil’s official guides, on their blog and YouTube channel? It’s always looked like they go over a lot of the different features of the program and how to use them. (I’ve only referenced a couple of them, to be honest, so I can’t say definitively that my perception there is accurate.)
These days, organization is mostly managed from the “navigation” tab on articles, but I think you can also drag and drop in the article list, at least when it comes to moving articles into categories.
Customization is something I haven’t done a whole lot with because it’s not a big priority for me at the moment and I suspect it would have a bigger learning curve. But I know there’s a lot you can do with it; I’ve seen a lot of epic-looking world setups during World Anvil’s challenges.
