“Wellll… You’re right about us not being wizards, but we’re not muggles.” Janner glanced at his siblings. “Sometimes, when Leeli plays her whistleharp–” Leeli held it up. “A sort of… portal opens up, and we can see and hear each other. We can also hear the sea dragons in our minds.”

Hagrid, Hermione, Harry, and Ron looked at the Wingfeathers incredulously.

“You can hear dragons in your mind?!” Hermione said, her voice more high-pitched than usual.

“Yeahhh… At least sea dragons. They’re the only dragons in Aerwiar, at least, the only ones we’ve met.”

Kalmar looked at the wizards and witch looked at them curiously.

“Do you have, other dragons in your home?”
