I 100% agree that theme/message is hard. My book currently doesn’t even have one. I think ones coming out organically but in the next draft I’ll definitely have to work on it more.

It’s quite a feat to go through Lewis’s entire collection! Are you going to read his theological ones too or are you mostly focusing on the fiction ones?

I am/was working on a Polynesian inspired fantasy (similar to Moana, but I hadn’t really heard of Moana at the time, so I wasn’t ripping Disney off) and I wanted to learn Maori. But there aren’t any language learning apps that have Maori as an option so I found Hawaiian (very, very similar language!) On Duolingo and I started learning that instead and I really love it.
