I’m new to the forum, but I’ve been reading the Story Embers blog for a while. Nice to meet you!

Historical fantasy is fun! I haven’t read much in that genre (Fawkes and Mark of the Thief are the only ones that spring to mind), but I see a lot of potential. Would you mind sharing the premise or time period of your story?

I haven’t read much Lewis. I need to finish the Narnia books and I really want to read Till We Have Faces and The Screwtape Letters. How is The Pilgrim’s Regress? I read The Pilgrim’s Progress a long time ago and really liked it.

I haven’t played ukulele in a while–I really need to get back to it! I also love violin music, but don’t play.
