Okay, so I’ve been thinking about this for a little while.

In order to have magic in a fantasy novel, you have to have boundaries! Such as…

• The cost to do magic.
• Who all can do it.
• What exactly the magic is. Like is it wizardry, is it something that anyone can do? ext
• How far it reaches.
• And most importantly how powerful is it??
