(Yuri’s all good. 🙂 This whole conversation is actually stretching me a bit by making me think of how to approach a real person in this type of situation (without the fantasy aspect, of course! XD).)

(I’m sorry you don’t hear from her anymore. It’s sad when friends leave and lose touch… That’s actually happened to me several times.

High fives for fellow homeschoolers doing/who have done drama! 😀  You say I’m way braver than you, but I’m actually a little terrified to share my work with everyone! XD

Lol, poor Yuri! I’ll try to have Storm watch out for that, but if there gets to be any really tense situations… Well, weather manipulation is Storm’s defense mechanism. XD)

Storm sighed. “Yeah… I’m not much of a star-reader either.” She fell silent for a moment, trying to think of how she could earn the wounded girl’s trust before her strength finally gave out. “I don’t have much experience with this, but there’s one thing I’ve discovered that helps keep me going through the night by reminding me of the coming day, and that keeps me going through the day when I begin to fear the coming night. Would you like to hear what it is?”
