I think when we did this before we italicized everything that wasn’t the actual character chat, or something like that? We did something to distinguish what we were saying from what the characters were saying.

Ruhanna: is searching the bookstore for an ancient scroll she’s been told she’ll find there. She notices a girl around her own age, sitting alone and reading a guide on deeper themes and meanings. That sounds like Ruhanna’s kind of book. She walks up to the girl. “So… you’re interested in deeper themes and meanings?”
