He’d definitely still be able to walk and use his other arm. It just couldn’t be anything too strenuous and probably couldn’t (or shouldn’t anyway) run.
I’m slightly unsure of whether you’re being serious or not 😛
A broken collarbone won’t paralyse you. Though he might have difficulty eating if he’s not used to only using one hand.
