It wouldn’t be set in stone and if you didn’t have time to do it for a few weeks or whatever, that’s okay and I could just resume those responsibilities. But my hope would be that the position is slightly permanent! (Unless something came up which meant the person couldn’t continue at all, which would be totally fine.)

For being charge of the guild wars it’d be posting topics (with info that I would relay to the assistant) and reminding people that it’s happening and helping to oversee the brainstorming and writing so that it can actually get done!

As for how much time it would take…that would vary. The majority of the time, it’ll be pretty low, since guild wars only happen every little while, but during a guild war it could be half an hour every second day, maybe? Just as a rough over-estimate. Ten minutes per day? Nothing huge. 😉
