If you’re the sort of person who doesn’t read topic titles: the weekly theme discussions are officially ending!

Don’t panic, if you really liked the weekly lessons, having them officially stopping doesn’t mean I’ll never post them again. It just means I’ll be able to do it myself, tailored to your needs, and hopefully they’ll be even more helpful!

But the whole new world part is the cool bit (I hope). In the recent topic about guild changes, a lot of you mentioned that you wanted a mentor-like relationship and I’m totally on board with that. I do some one-on-one mentoring with one of the guild members already, and I would love to do what I can for the rest of you too!

So if there’s anything you want a mentor for, whether it’s monthly video calls, emails, a forum thread where we can brainstorm, set goals, give feedback/advice, or anything at all…hit me up! I’m here to serve. You can either let me know in the replies below, or you can email me at jane@janemareeauthor.com.au and we can work something out that will be manageable for me, and most helpful for you.

If you guys think it’s a good idea, I could also make a topic where you can post any questions (about writing in general, or more specific ones to your book and problems you’re struggling with) and I can help you with those + you can get feedback from other people in the guild as well.
