Yes, that is very helpful. I have a fairly solid grasp on what needs to be changed, though there are other aspects of the story I could use help fleshing out. I’m struggling a bit to nail down the magic system fully (I have some parts of it down, but others are kind of up in the air. For example, I haven’t fully figured out all the powers I want the system to have yet).

I can post the other story for critique in a new post to see if anyone wants to or has time to critique it. Thanks, Maddie.
