I leave and there’s a dimension question… Humph… :l Welp, I’m answering it.
You’ve been transported without warning to a different dimension. What is the first thing you notice, and why is it significant?
There are some many different possibilities. It would depend on what sent me to another dimension. And what type of dimension it is. Is it an alternate universe or alternate timeline? Then it could be a bit before I would notice something. But probably that certain common logic things don’t work or that something is different than before. (eg. light switches built different.) Or is it totally different? The first thing I would notice is what sent me to the other dimension (unless it’s a time-storm or something.), then the environment/surroundings (eg. what genre is it? Era?)
The first thing I would do would be sneak around to figure what genre I’m in and if I would stick out or not. After that I would try to get into a crowd, unless the clothing is vastly different than mine. Of course things vary greatly depending on surroundings.

What is your favorite animal, would you ride it if you could, and how many colors are on your favorite sweater (also, what are those colors)?
My favorite existing animal is a horse, cat, or owl. Yes, if they were big enough I would ride them. I have ridden a horse before.
My favorite animal that doesn’t exist is a catwing. Surprise! 😛 Maybe if there was one big enough. …I meant as a human… but maybe a bunch of catwings could use shrinking and growing rays/potions/gizmos and then create a stack of catwings and try to fly…

Biggest Catwing: *sets down a giant Russian doll and starts opening them up*
NPC: *faints*
Catwing: …That went well… not really…
