Hey y’all! If any of you remember the short story I posted a while back, I’m having some trouble crafting a plot-solid antagonistic character- besides one (who #1 doesn’t really interact with any of the characters and #2 doesn’t really care/know they exist…)

So; got any tips or insight on this topic? How do you craft antagonists?
