Again you’re really good at evoking emotions!

However I do agree with @maddiejoy, I think there needed to be at least some slight, discernible change in the POV character him/herself. At least a taste or flavor of change. As it is it doesn’t feel like there’s any arc, and I think that’s why it’s unsatisfying.

However, your writing is beautiful, and I can sense the love that went into this. ;v;
