So I’ve participated only a little bit since last year (October or November, I believe). I’m kind of computer illiterate and find it difficult to do things on the Internet at times. Finding the guild took some doing and I had to get help. That’s how dumb I am with Internet stuff.

Anyway, I’m hoping to begin writing in earnest again very soon. I’ve been taking a kind of break from writing, you see, because my ideas are confused. It’s like they do their best to avoid making any sense. It can be very frustrating.

I’ve had a number of writing project ideas that are finished in my head, but when I go to write them (be it by hand or on the computer) they don’t make as much sense.

There’s a “simple” explanation for that. When I was 18 I had a TBI–it’s like an aneurysm and a stroke mixed together. I was out of commission for almost 3 years, but when I “came back” writing was still in my blood. The problem is, it’s not in my blood as much. Neither is reading, in fact.

I could say a lot more but I don’t want to give any of you a headache.
