Praying for you as well! From what I have experienced with anxiety, it’s a really hard thing to deal with. I don’t think I actually ever had real depression, but I know what it’s like for life to be one dark, depressing black hole and it feels like there’s no way out. I know what it’s like to be terrified that this is how it’s going to be for the rest of my life. I feel for you right now…

There is no easy 1-2-3 step process in which we can pull ourselves out…and when people tell us to “just deal with it” it only makes things worse. As cliche as this may sound, God’s grace is sufficient for you. No matter how dark it looks now…there is always light ahead. Look for hope and light in the little things. ❤️
