Oh! Here’s what to do…

Get a fast four beat stuck in your head… maybe a beat every half to quarter second… and within that beat you’re gonna take three steps. A little step to the left, a little step to the right, and then a rock-back on the left foot. Left-right-rock-back. Each of the first steps takes up one beat, and then the rock-back takes up the last two. We want to end the last beat prepared to start over and do the next left little step.
