Oh, man, I’m not really sure what my specialty is…. *thinks really hard* I think one of my favorite years was with a bakery. There are so many intricacies and techniques to baking that I would have never thought before. Bread is impressive. While I am by no means a master, I think I probably know more than the average person about baking.
