Activity

I didn’t have time for a goal last week, unfortunately, but I got struck by a bolt of inspiration a while ago for a new short story, so I took a break on my WIP to write that.  I’m really close to the end.  Could easily finish in a day or so, if I can get myself properly pumped up and focused.  This last bit needs to be intense, as it’s a military story and the situation is dangerous for my characters, but I very often struggle with lameness and lack of fire in places that need it the most.  So, that’s my goal for this week.

Also, gonna try to do some brainstorming with a friend to get unstuck in my sci-fi novel and get moving again.  I made a New Years resolution to write the entire first draft this year, and I’m so close to the end that I just can’t give up now.
