Activity

Lance watched the girl steal the paper, scribble down a note (with exceptional speed) and set it down on the table.  Now what, was he supposed to wait for his receipt back?  He didn’t needed it, maybe he should just go he… Lance read the note.  Oh great, the girl was practically dumb.  Not like… dumb like no… actually she couldn’t talk.  Lance shook the thought from his head, then glanced at the dumb girl, (smart dumb girl), and the girl at the table.  Would she snap again?  He didn’t really want to be there when it happened.

Why was he still standing there again?

Lance didn’t step away.  (For no good reason, just… he couldn’t leave now.  Right?  It would be awkward.)
