1. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten around to much writing this summer, sorry @devastate-lasting. But my fantasy WIP is about three races of winged people at war with each other. There are three main protagonists, Elnathan, Reuel, and Lyra, who are all on different sides of the war. When a Gold Wing(-ed person) from Elnathan’s past suddenly shows up, calling himself the Teacher, each character responds in very different ways, some following him, others slightly distrustful, others set out to kill him. The theme of the story is sacrifice. Spoiler alert: there’s a lot of sacrifice.

2. One of my hobbies is music composition. I’m not very good at it yet, but it’s fun.

3. Weirdest thing: scoured the internet for the Jackson Pollock painting that looked most like a spattering of blood and bodily fluids. I decided on the Convergence.

4. My favorite part is brainstorming for and seeing the final product of prompt wars. Another thing that I think is great but I have yet to participate in is the Accountability thread. Considering school is starting soon, I should probably hop on that.

5. When I was in Elementary school I used to read the official Scrabble dictionary every day once I got home. Now sometimes when I’m bored at church (after church) I try reading the New Testament in the original Greek. I don’t really know Greek. Good thing there’s also English.

Edit: oh yeah, and I am a coccinellidaephobiac. Which means I’m deathly afraid of ladybugs.
