@lillian-parks03 I think something that might help you to make the hair look more natural is to add little flyaways like a real person would have. 🙂 Also, shading can help make hair look more realistic.

Another thing that might help is making the hair strands as thin and numerous as possible (make sure your pencils are sharpened to a fine point).

One of the things I found helpful in learning to draw hair was looking at pictures of people and trying to copy them exactly. Then, once I mastered that, I attempted drawing hair without a picture. 🙂
