As for books I thought exemplified pacing and suspense… I think Three and Blink by Ted Dekker were excellent at pacing and suspense and are some of my top favorite books. <3

Don’t let the darkness be the meat of the story; show us the light and the hope that it can be better throughout the story, not just at the end.
