@seekjustice It was very mysterious!
I wasn’t sure how things would turn out, but the “open” ending didn’t actually bother me that much. Unless some massive plot twist was supposed to happen, I think I can see the way it was going to end. At least, all of the evidence was pointing in one direction.

Totally fine! I’m not going anywhere. 😉
Currently, I’m reading The Mystery of Edwin Drood, by Charles Dickens, which I’ll be finishing up really soon.
After that, I’m thinking of picking up a fantasy by Diana Wynne Jones (can’t think of the name right now); a retelling of the story of Merlin I think… I don’t know much about it, actually.

@catwing Way to go! Keep it up! xD
Your last 2 pics are my favorite– very nice!
I’ve still been drawing, but I keep forgetting to post here on the forum…whoops!
As far as reference pictures go, I use them frequently though it depends on what I’m drawing. I typically use them when I’m drawing an action pose, or to help get the structure…[Read more]

@karthmin It’s not actually a fiery furnace, though it does feel like one from time to time. 😉
I work in a greenhouse…So— a plastic bubble that magnifies the heat of the sun. I’ve often thought that a greenhouse would be an interesting setting for a story, or at least a character that works in one.
I’m sure it’s very hard work, but anything ind…[Read more]

@deeprun Thank you! Yes, watercolor is very forgiving.
And that means a lot, since I’ve always been interested in digital. Thanks for the encouragement!
Also, I really liked your entry today. (Coincidentally, it looks a bit like mine!) The shading, and depth in your pieces are really well done.
