@urwen-starial Sorry for not replying to you earlier! I don’t take any requests right now but I do believe Fledge made a really neat drawing of your Sunwolf character!

    Aww Anna I love these!

I’m not in the position to give you some good solid critique on these as I’m still a beginner myself but I did find them very touching<3

@evelyn Oh that’s so exciting! Some youtubers I’d recommend are

    – The Mind of Watercolor. His videos really helped me out!

    – Katie Jobling. She makes beautiful acrylic floral and ocean paintings and has both videos on tips and tricks and on marketing if you’d ever want to get into that.

    – Chris Hong. She does watercolor paintings but its more of the illustrative kind. She usually films her entire process which is nice.

    – Lachri Fine Art. She also does acrylic paintings!

    Hey! @emberynus-the-dragonslayer

Some of us are still around every now and then but yes like was said before, most of us don’t go to SE as often as we did in the past.

It’s been asked before but I’ll just ask it as well haha, do you enjoy drawing? 🙂

AAAH That’s great Fledge<3 I’m so glad you’re looking into it cause your work is so good!

As for my portfolio, I use wordpress! Which can be a bit tricky when getting started because it’s mainly build for blog posts and doesn’t work like an online gallery. However there are ways to make it work, I watched lots of youtube videos and there are (free) themes that are especially designed for portfolios! You can also use tons of pluggins like slideshows or other things to make your website fun. A lot of artists use wordpress and I must admit I don’t know of many other websites to host your portfolio, but this has worked for me thus far (:

@ericawordsmith YEEES<3 I love listening to soundtracks when I write or draw JOHN POWELL IS MY FAVORITE<3

I basically like all the movie soundtracks mentioned here. Looks like most writers enjoy instrumental music! Though I agree that it can be harder to find music for let’s say historical fiction? If everyone has good music for that, let me know xD

@ALL @selah-chelyah @r-m-archer  what do y’all think about music like Two Steps From Hell? Because I used to listen to it a lot!! But I started to get uncomfortable with the name, some of their cover art and other titles (all is hell that ends well, into darkness, nero). I gotta be honest, I miss the music sometimes because most of it is really beautiful. But I just can’t seem to get comfortable with it anymore. I do believe this is something between a person and the Lord. Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts about this are!

@ericawordsmith @all Just wanted to let y’all know that the American abortion discussion has even reached the Dutch news, including what happened in Alabama. Though, since it’s barely a discussion anymore in the Netherlands, pro life is put in a bad daylight as usual. Even Unplanned was on the news! So even though almost all Dutch people have accepted abortion, maybe this will at least make them think about it again.
