@zee I have SO many grammar pet peeves! My biggest peeve is when people use “try and” instead of “try to.” Also, when people misuse “sit” and “set” ALL. THE. TIME.

Your story sounds fascinating! I would love to read it sometime when you start writing it! I’m also working on world-building at the moment. I’ve written about twelve chapters of my story so far, but I realized that I needed to figure out my world before continuing.

This is absolutely beautiful!! I love the friend-like relationship you portray between Joy and Sorrow. It reminds me that they don’t have to exist in an either-or relationship. In fact, we can often experience both at once, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Oh neat!! I love the Wingfeather Saga and the Chronicles of Narnia too, although I’ve never heard of the Blades of Acktar. They sound good though!

Welcome to Story Embers! That’s so neat you play the violin! I also play violin, as well as piano. Celtic music is sooo beautiful.
I’m also an INFJ! It’s always exciting to meet other people with the same personality type. 😀
And yes, LOTR is one of the BEST series ever. Do you have any other favorite series?

I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet for the past few months. I was really busy for several weeks, and then I’ve been struggling with my health the past few weeks. Sadly, I’ll be dropping out since I can’t keep up with it anymore. 🙁 But I had a lot of fun participating in this while I could and reading about everyone’s characters!

Thanks for your thoughts! Yeah, I think I would find it stressful. I can only do on average about 500 words a day and maybe 1k on a really good day. And really, I write best when I can work at my own pace and plan and think through my plot before I start writing.
