I’ve never had a lot of trouble with naming characters. I tend to have lists upon lists of names. Most of my favorites are pretty old fashioned, so normally before giving suggestions I like to ask about the character’s personality, age, and of course; gender.

I’m working towards finishing the first draft of a novella that is a companion to a historical/western romance. So far I have a little over eight thousand words. My goal is about 20-25k.
