    I had so much fun with the last drawing I couldn’t help but do it again.

    There’s a lot less time between these then the last redraw.

    @the-fledgling-artist, Cool, I thought it looked like watercolor or markers the first time I saw it. XD

    @chalice Really? Hahaha. Some times I’m surprised to find out what medium someone used, just because it looks so much like another.

    @the-fledgling-artist, Yeah, it might be because I’ve only seen your watercolor art, though. 🙂

    I like the painting of Hiccup. Your colors are definitely a lot richer in the later one, but the two are done in different mediums, aren’t they?

    Here’s my reworking of an old drawing from about five years ago.

    @chalice Oh, aahaha, I forgot to answer your question. Yes the first one was done with colored pencil and a ballpoint pen. (And maybe some marker too?) and the new one is watercolors and a smidge of colored pencil. ^-^ Have you ever tried watercolors? I can’t remember if I’ve ever seen any of your work in them.

    @chalice Woah that’s great! the fur looks so much better and everything looks a lot more realistic!

       Here’s a redrawing I did about a month or so ago. Both sketches are titled. ‘Captive in Darkness’  Personally I believe my form, values and detail has improved much over the past two years.

      @the-fledgling-artist, Thank you! Yes, I’ve played around with water color, but I’ve never done any “serious” art. It’s never been my favorite medium to work with, though I like seeing other peoples work in water color. 😉

      @lin, Thank you so much!

      @ashira, Thank you! 🙂 Have you found any art to post yet? 😉

      @lillian-parks03, Wow, that’s quite an improvement! I’m curious, is there a sort of symbolism behind your drawing?
