@the-fledgling-artist O this is one of my favorite if not my favorite psalm <3 I really like your illustration! I like how the colors are a little cold yet at the same time he has this hopefull expression on his face. Fits the verse really well!

Hey y’all here’s my psalm and picture for the week:

    Psalm 130:1-2

Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD; O LORD, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.

The blackness is supposed to signify a deep cave (or our sin) and the light shining through is the Love of God that is covering the person in light, so beautiful and bright it will soon dispel all the darkness.

“All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.”
    Psalm 66:4

Guys, this is probably my last psalm illustration until I get back from Bible school in March. I hope you all keep going without me though! ! !

I know the longer one does something like this, the harder it is to not only be excited about it anymore, but to even do it at all, but I just want to say that every one of your illustrations you have shared has been a wonderful blessing to me, so regardless of how long you keep going, I want to thank you for doing this at all!

    *hugs for everyone*
