Poem not appearing in poetry discussion…

I think I need some help with posting.
I tried to submit a poem I wrote to the Poetry Discussion forum, but when I did there was all this weird writing on it. Then, when I edited the writing out and resubmitted the poem, the thread didn’t appear at all on the page, even though the forum showed that I had recently added something.
Can anyone help me?
