Hey guys!
You all probably received the email, but in case you missed it I just opened up a big giveaway for 10 novels I would say are some of the best books of all time.
You can check it out .
Join if you haven’t yet, and remember that sharing gives you more entries.
Anyway, I want this to be a major event, so I’m trying to think of good ways to get the word out. I’ve already shared it with my email lists and Story Embers has shared it.
You’re all bright minds, so I thought maybe you’d have some good ideas. 🙂
Hrm. Who can I tag? @kate @ethryndal @sam-kowal @jane-maree

July 18, 2018 at 2:07 pm #41645Sarah Baran@ethryndal@Daeus-lamb Well this is cool.
The only thing I can really think of to help get the word out is social media, but it seems like you’ve already covered that one…
July 18, 2018 at 7:19 pm #41677Jane Maree@jane-mareeOne thing that really makes me enter a giveaway: if people say it’s international.
Yours doesn’t say anywhere whether it’s international or not, so all your international people are about 80% likely to be confused and not sure if they’re allowed to enter. So it’d be great to have it clearly stated somewhere that it is (or is NOT) international, just to clear that up.
Other than that, I don’t have any specific promotional ideas except what you’ve already covered. 😛

July 19, 2018 at 7:15 pm #41752Anne of Lothlorien@anne-of-lothlorienSo, @daeus-lamb are they all paperback/hardback? No e-books? Cause that would be a real draw. I just prefer ‘real’ book to e-versions.
And the person that wins, do they have to email their home address to you? How do you claim the prize?
I'm short, I like words, and I love people.

July 21, 2018 at 7:56 pm #41871Brink@nuetroboltHow do you win?

July 21, 2018 at 8:30 pm #41872Sam Kowal@sam-kowal@daeus-lamb If you could share the giveaway on different blogs, that’d give it a huge boost. Even just a few bloggers could give you a whole new audience to share the giveaway with. Of course, I’m not sure what the incentive for the bloggers would be, unless somehow you could give them the extra signup points for referring someone from their blog…

July 21, 2018 at 9:19 pm #41874Daeus Lamb@daeus-lamb@sam-kowal That’s a great idea — probably something I should have thought about more before I started. I don’t have connections with any big bloggers, but I might have been able to get some of my followers to share the giveaway on their blogs if I had contacted them early on.
July 23, 2018 at 11:38 am #41970Anne of Lothlorien@anne-of-lothlorien@daeus-lamb Thanks, Daeus! Maybe in the future you should consider a sharing on Instagram option somehow. I don’t have any of the social medias but that one, and I know some other girls who are the same.
