There is a little popup in the bottom right corner that you can select to “follow” the blog. Which means you get emails everytime there is a new post.

If you want to add a follow button to make it easier and so non-WordPress users can follow you. Go to Customize (it’s on the sidebar for editing your blog), Widgets, then select the Footer/Sidebar that you want it in, Add Widget, Select the Follow Blog for email followers and Follow Button for WordPress. You can have both. If you have questions you can ask me I will try to answer since I have a little experience. 🙂
