Hey guys! I was on here a long long long time ago and I’ve decided it’s time to return.

Okay…introduction…well first, you should know that I’m the worst at introductions. I never know what to say.

I’m a child of the one true king, Yahweh, and I try to grow more like him. I’m an introverted writer who hails from the land of Ydubs (Young Writers Workshop). I write a variety of genres, my current ones being fantasy fairytale retellings and dystopian. I’m also working on a dystopian screenplay.

Aside from writing I enjoy Bible quizzing, going for walks, and hanging out with friends.

Thanks! It’s about these teens who are taken from their parents as babies and trained their whole lives, most of them dying, until they’re eighteen when they go through a final test and become assassins. The thing they don’t realize and find out later is that unless you become one of the head assassins they kill you after a year.

Oooooh cool! Only Cinderella because, idk, I guess it just kinda fascinates me because it is one that so many people redo and I know it the best. But I suppose the one I’m working on could also kinda work as a Snow White retelling

Sounds fun! I just did a retelling of the Wild Swans because that’s my favorite fairytale.

Gotcha. Do your story seeds tend to start with the plot, then?

Cool! Plot is always my biggest challenge, so it’s amazing to me when authors are able to just… come up with them, lol. That’s awesome. 🙂

I guess everyone has their strong points. Like I don’t understand how you world build so well. And characters give me headaches lol

That’s why I’m so glad we (authors) have means of sharing our resources and knowledge with one another! It’s so neat to be able to complement one another’s knowledge and come to a more robust understanding of writing together. ^-^ It’s like a little microcosm of the Church with its differing gifts. It’s awesome.
