I’ll do yours now 🙂 Beautiful pictures by the way!

Name: I’m thinking a name beginning with D – Delia, Delilah, Daniella

Age: In her late teens or early twenties

Career/role in story: Either the protagonist or a supporting character.

Personality: Extremely motivated, loyal, friendly, and she seems tough and no nonsense as well. She doesn’t waste any time, she likes to get things done. She seems like she would be honest and upfront with people and doesn’t tolerate anyone who talks down to her.

Would you be friends with this character?: I think so. She seems very confident and outgoing, so I wouldn’t be afraid to talk to her.

Any other details you might have gotten from the picture: She has pinkish hair and greenish blue skin, so I’m assuming she might be an alien or a magical creature of some sort? I have to say, her hair is TO DIE FOR   XD

What would this character’s nickname be? Umm maybe D or something like that. Nothing too extravagant.

Character’s greatest strength: Her unwavering loyalty to those she cares about and whatever cause she fights for.

Character’s fatal flaw: She can get a bit hot-headed if she thinking someone is undermining her.

Phrase that the character is likely to say: ‘I know what I’m doing, calm down!’

Character’s favorite color(s): Bright colours, like pink, blue and green 🙂

    How did I do? 🙂

@irishcelticredflowercrown Heyy I’ll get back to you on this, just wanted to add she is from my Star Wars fanfic 😉

    Cheers  @rose-colored-fancy

    1)  Name: Addison, Marilyn, Mary-Anne. Something kind of long but classical, or maybe something short and spunky, like Isa, Leah, or Sara.

You’ve got the M! Her name is Magenta Charles.

    2)  Age: Mid-twenties, I think.

    Yes! 24, to be precise.

    3)  Career/role-in-story: I think she’s either a teacher or an academic of some sort. Maybe an archeologist, geologist, or anthropologist? I think she’d be into the humanities and sciences.

She is a teacher 🙂 At their school, teachers teach most things for a stage (so yr 11&12) for her. But she does teach the only class set up specifically for the non-human races of the continent.

    4)  Personality: Bubbly, adventurous, optimistic, makes friends easily, sweet but determined. Quite stubborn and doesn’t let anyone take advantage of her.

Nice – that’s a pretty good description 🙂  except maybe the making friends easily (she thinks she does, but forgets a few of them as time goes by, so she has a lot of people exasperated with her as well – so both friends and not friends equally, maybe?)

    5)  Would you be friends with this character?: Totally! I feel like she’d be great to have conversations with!

    🙂

    6)  Any other details you might have gotten from the picture: She’s carrying a notebook, wearing (very cool) work boots, and wearing gloves, so I think her work involves some kind of manual labor and documenting stuff.

She is half-human and half-fairy, which has allowed her the unique ability of magic synaesthesia – she sees the magic that everyone has as colours in a kind of overlay. This, she does document.

    7)  What would this character’s nickname be?  Why?: No idea XD I’m terrible at nicknames.

Haha, she has a few … The Red Demon (there was a fire once … at least); Mage (just short for Magenta) …

    8)  Character’s greatest strength: Confidence and intelligence!

    Yes to confidence.

    9)  Character’s fatal flaw: She’s probably very driven and perfectionistic, and she might be critical of herself.

She’s actually not that critical of people (herself included). Specific things, or traits, she will hone in on. Being a teacher, magic of humans (which no one else thinks exists, but she can see it), her younger brother and otome type games are her biggest [obsessions]. Anything relating to those, she jumps on, other things fall to the wayside.

    10)  Phrase that the character is likely to say: “Now, pay attention,” (IDK XD)

Yep, as a teacher to students (some of whom never had any type of schooling or restrictive environment) it’s very likely.

    11) Character’s favorite color(s): I think earth tones, judging from her outfit!

I haven’t actually thought about this – maybe yellow (human’s magic colour), but any light, warm colour (including some earthy tones) probably fit.

Hey, @irishcelticredflowercrown so @writergirl101 also did this chara, you can scroll back to page six if you wanna read that too.

I’ll do yours now 🙂 Beautiful pictures by the way!

    Thanks! I found them online.

Name: I’m thinking a name beginning with D – Delia, Delilah, Daniella

Ah, no, Sry, her name is Aylin Chio, but I may write down those names for future use.

Age: In her late teens or early twenties

I actually only know that she’s in her late teens, so you’re right on with that one.

Career/role in story: Either the protagonist or a supporting character.

So here is what I told before: Well her role is really complicated. A certain kid was kidnapped by a Sith lady and raised on Pantora, you know the planet where the blue skinned people live? XD While she trained this kid in the Force he was often rebellious and ran off to play with some kids on the streets, one of whom was Aylin, who was technically an orphan that lived on the streets.

She is his best friend, and then later he has to leave to do Sith ness, so she decided to join the rebellion, not knowing that she would be on opposite sides as he.
But she runs into this guy that looks a lot like her friend, but he’s his brother, and so she ends up joining the Danu-Windu clan (her friend’s fam) in a way, since she has no one else.

Personality: Extremely motivated, loyal, friendly, and she seems tough and no nonsense as well. She doesn’t waste any time, she likes to get things done. She seems like she would be honest and upfront with people and doesn’t tolerate anyone who talks down to her.

Yes, she gets that from her living on the streets. But she’s also very quiet and reserved, especially around this new family she found. However she can be a bit snarky to closer companions.

Would you be friends with this character?: I think so. She seems very confident and outgoing, so I wouldn’t be afraid to talk to her.

She would be your friend if she could trust you.

Any other details you might have gotten from the picture: She has pinkish hair and greenish blue skin, so I’m assuming she might be an alien or a magical creature of some sort? I have to say, her hair is TO DIE FOR   XD

Yep. She’s a Pantoran, and looks like a human, but with blue skin, purple hair, and yellow eyes. I definitely agree with the hair!

What would this character’s nickname be? Umm maybe D or something like that. Nothing too extravagant.

I think she would’ve been given a nickname from when she was on the streets, like Slick, or something.

Character’s greatest strength: Her unwavering loyalty to those she cares about and whatever cause she fights for.

Yes, as well as her intelligence and she knows when to keep quiet.

Character’s fatal flaw: She can get a bit hot-headed if she thinking someone is undermining her.

Maybe? I’d say her flaw is that she finds it hard to trust people, but she also self isolates herself too often.

Phrase that the character is likely to say: ‘I know what I’m doing, calm down!’

I bet she would say that, maybe on a chase in the streets of a Pantoran city.

Character’s favorite color(s): Bright colours, like pink, blue and green 🙂

Could be, but also maybe a soft yellow.

    Thanks! That was fun. 😀

    Hi Ella!

Here are my guesses.  This girl is stunning, by the way.

    1) Name: Tara, Kristin, Sierra

    2) Age: 17-21

    3) Career/Role in Story: MC or MC’s older sister

4): Personality: A thinker. Pensive and perhaps a little distrusting. She knows more than she is saying.  I see her as strong-willed and determined.  A natural beauty that does not like too much attention, but cannot help being noticed.  Guarded and fiercely protective. Often has to care for the younger or more naïve in her group.  She doesn’t take disrespect and abhors liars. She’s not overly concerned about what others think of her.

    5) Would you be friends with that character?: Yeah. She strikes me as guarded, but probably one of the most intelligent in any room.  She is considered about what she says, never revealing too much about herself until she is certain she can trust them and that has to be earned.

    6) Any other details you may have gotten from picture: She wants to choose who she spends her valuable time with and when she goes or stays, without drama.

    7) What would this character’s nickname be? If her name is ‘Tara’ it would be “Terror”, If Kristin, then “Kris”, if Sierra, the “C’ya”

    8) Character’s greatest strength: Intelligence and recognizing when someone’s being less than truthful.

    9) Character’s fatal flaw: Her tendency to go it alone and not ever ask for help.

    10) Character’s favorite color(s): Soft grays, natural blues

    Have a blessed evening!

    @writergirl101
    – I’ll give this one a shot too 🙂

    1) Name: Mia

    2) Age: 22

    3) Career/Role in Story: Hidden friend/supporter of MC who isn’t given as much credit as she deserves. Or maybe an engineer or some kind of ‘fixing’ job.

4): Personality: Friendly, but can be pushed to fierce.

    5) Would you be friends with that character?: If we were ever on the same project together, then probably.

    6) Any other details you may have gotten from picture: She looks like she’s thinking about the world – maybe not her place in the world (she knows where she stands), but where everyone else fits.

    7) What would this character’s nickname be? Mii

    8) Character’s greatest strength: Intuitive

    9) Character’s fatal flaw: Thinks too much or not enough.

    10) Character’s favorite color(s): Bright yellow

    @irishcelticredflowercrown

In Medieval Ireland, noble families used to send their sons and daughters to other noble families very young so that they would be fostered by them. It was supposed to strengthen relations between the two families, and the children would probably grow up to become more familiar with their foster family rather than their blood relations. This societal tradition was also in the Irish mythological texts. So I thought oh why not make character A and character B foster brothers? It would certainly flesh out their backstories even more! XD

Woaaaaaaaaah. A) Basing it on a Celtic myth is super interesting. B) Making them foster brothers would create so much room for building that feeling of needing revenge. I love it. XD

Thanks! I love Celtic mythology, its absolutely criminal that its not adapted enough to the screen or literature that often 🙁

    B) Making them foster brothers would create so much room for building that feeling of needing revenge. I love it. XD

Hehe I’m glad you think so! I hope its not one of those plot points that gets thrown out in the end because its just has so much potential to create juicy tension. The anti-hero guy is probably my favourite character because he’s the most fascinating (and a total gent too XD)😁

Random question: If you could pick one theme song for your WIP, which one would it be? 🙂

Hey guys!  Thanks for guessing, it was fun to read!! 😉

    1) Name: Tara, Kristin, Sierra

    1) Name: Mia

    Close, her name is Elle.

    2) Age: 17-21

    2) Age: 22

    She’s 19.

    3) Career/Role in Story: MC or MC’s older sister

    3) Career/Role in Story: Hidden friend/supporter of MC who isn’t given as much credit as she deserves. Or maybe an engineer or some kind of ‘fixing’ job.

Bronte’s answer was closer (no offense, Brian, lol).  Because of the island she lives on, she has to basically start over, to the point of working to keep the island running by working outside.  She’s a “netter” (fisherman) and works out on the ocean all day.  She’s a main-er supporting character, frenemy to the MC, Dylan.

4): Personality: Friendly, but can be pushed to fierce.

She’s very outgoing, but she’s a little on the offensive because she’s insecure.  She’s pretty snarky, but brilliant.  She can be very protective and is very loyal once you gain her trust.

    5) Would you be friends with that character?: Yeah. She strikes me as guarded, but probably one of the most intelligent in any room.  She is considered about what she says, never revealing too much about herself until she is certain she can trust them and that has to be earned.

    5) Would you be friends with that character?: If we were ever on the same project together, then probably.

If she’d be friends with you…. jk. 😉  She’ll only be friends with people if she can trust them.

    6) Any other details you may have gotten from picture: She wants to choose who she spends her valuable time with and when she goes or stays, without drama.

    6) Any other details you may have gotten from picture: She looks like she’s thinking about the world – maybe not her place in the world (she knows where she stands), but where everyone else fits.

Well, she kinda makes drama, to be honest.  She’s secretly very thoughtful and always observant.

    7) What would this character’s nickname be? If her name is ‘Tara’ it would be “Terror”, If Kristin, then “Kris”, if Sierra, the “C’ya”

    7) What would this character’s nickname be? Mii

Ummm, she actually doesn’t have a nickname that I can think of.

    8) Character’s greatest strength: Intelligence and recognizing when someone’s being less than truthful.

    8) Character’s greatest strength: Intuitive

Probably her intelligence or her loyalty.

    9) Character’s fatal flaw: Her tendency to go it alone and not ever ask for help.

    9) Character’s fatal flaw: Thinks too much or not enough.

I’d agree with Brian on this one–she’s a loner when it comes to a lot of things.

    10) Character’s favorite color(s): Soft grays, natural blues

    10) Character’s favorite color(s): Bright yellow

    Teal like the ocean.

Good guesses, guys!  That was really fun!

    Hi Rose!

    Here are my guesses.

    1) Name: Gretta or Hannah

    2) Age: 17-20

    3) Career/Role in Story: She seems to be a maid or vintner’s daughter as she reaches for the cluster of grapes. Perhaps, she treads on the grapes in a winepress, but her injured foot might make that difficult for her.

    4): Personality: Kind, soft-spoken, tender-hearted, thoughtful, dreamer.

    5) Would you be friends with that character?: Yes, but I would bust the head of whoever injured her, and I’m sure she wouldn’t like that.

    6) Any other details you may have gotten from the picture: She is a hard worker and her soiled apron shows signs that she may work as a domestic.  Her chin is up and she appears to be almost lost in her own pleasant and hopeful thoughts. Her posture is confident, balanced, and self-assured.

    7) What would this character’s nickname be? Gia or Hanae

    8) Character’s greatest strength: Perceptive and thoughtful. Careful and considered.

    9) Character’s fatal flaw: Shy and timid.

    10) Character’s favorite color(s): Burgundy, like a red wine.

I would agree, considering I can’t think of any Celtic myths I’ve read. (Aside from King Arthur. Is that Celtic?)

I hope its not one of those plot points that gets thrown out in the end because its just has so much potential to create juicy tension. The anti-hero guy is probably my favourite character because he’s the most fascinating (and a total gent too XD)

Oh, I hope it doesn’t get thrown out, too! And lol I like making guys classic gentleman. It’s kind of a problem, to be honest. The other day when I asked one of my guy friends how he would respond if he were in my character’s position, he told me he would punch something and I immediately thought “NOOOOO TIS NOT GENTLEMANLY” XD.

Random question: If you could pick one theme song for your WIP, which one would it be?

Oh goodness, I have no idea lol. I have certain songs that fit a scene or a character, but not one that fits the whole book. Do you have one? 🙂
