How do you all come up with plots? Any resources that really help you plot?

    Hey 🙂

Can I ask you to explain what you need a bit more?

Do you need help with getting ideas? Planning out the story? A plothole that needs filling?

What genre are you writing in?

I’ve really appreciated a lot of K.M. Weiland’s material on the subject and she’s helped me the most in plotting: https://www.helpingwritersbecomeauthors.com/secrets-story-structure-complete-series/

As @ajaj2000 mentioned, knowing some more specific details about where you’re at may help me to give better pointers and advice. 🙂

@ajaj2000 @josiah I asked the question because I was curious about what others do, not that I needed personal help. 🙂 I thought it would be great to have a thread talking about various methods and resources.

Is there already such a thread that I missed?

And thanks, Josiah, for the link to K.M. Weiland’s stuff! She is great, so I will definitely look into her stuff!

@happyholly_c Ah–got it. 🙂 There’s not another thread that I know of, so that sounds great!
