I have two drawings I’m wondering if anyone would like to try. Both of them are something that has been a challenge for me.

I’m willing to do a swap and draw characters for you too.

1. Davis is my first one. He’s around 35 years old, really thick, and probably around 5′ 6″ He has really dark brown skin, and a wide smile. He’s a sailor/pirate who is fun, dependable, and very wise. He probably has short hair, maybe with a beard, and is wearing a scimitar.

2. This is more of an abstract one. The story is one I told my little siblings at night, and it’s a little Wingfeathery.😄 The character’s name is Royal, and partway through the story he starts becoming a hyena. He’s around 9 years old, with dark hair and bright eyes…I’d like to have him with some hyena features, like more pointed ears, maybe a bit of a snout, and a mane down his back.

If anyone would like to give either of these a try, that would be really fun. If not, I’m fine with that, and I can keep working on getting it right myself.

Just tagging a few other artists.

I was looking for a good digital art app, and so I asked my brother (who knows everything😄) and he found a place called krita. It’s made by artists, for artists, and although I haven’t even scratched the surface of what it can do, I would totally recommend it. Go check it out. It’s really good.

Here’s a drawing I did on the first day I really got to try it out.

Claire, thanks. Actually, I didn’t have to do the scales…Krita has a bunch of awesome stamps, and one of them is scales.🤩 They also have water, mountains, grass, stars, and like a ton of others.

I’m hoping to post a couple of the other drawings I did, but I’m in the middle of one, so I want to finish it first.

Hey y’all! So… I don’t draw a super ton-a-lot, but what I do do is character collages with graphic art… so… I was wondering if anyone wanted a character collage done? If you’d like some done, just tag me here and I’ll zoom back as quick as I can! Usually when I do collages for people I’ll need character traits, color schemes, any quotes or specific props or significant images you want, any character art you’ve already found that you want included, but I’m flexible! I just like doing graphic art collages, so give me a *tap on the shoulder* if you’re interested! If you’d like to trade art too and maybe draw one of my characters, I’d love it, cause I’m not good at drawing them myself, but if not, no worries!

So, the things I’d like are…

– Character information – (name, gender, age, height, hair and eye color, etc. in case I have to find a character picture on Pinterest, etc.)

– Any graphic art you already have for your character

*Just so you know, I use pictures that are not one hundred percent free to the public, like off Pinterest, so these character collages can only be for private use. 🙂

 

If you want to do one of my characters, I’d love it if you could draw my current WIP’s MC; Felicity Ann Jones. She’s about 5’7″, very tan skin, chestnut-y red hair that’s usually in a braid under a newsboy cap but always wisps out in front, brown eyes, straight nose, and a very few freckles. The outfit she’s in in the beginning is a plaid sleeveless blouse and dark jeans with a backpack.

– Any color scheme you’d specifically like for the collages

– Any quotes and/or themes you think will fit your character

– Any specific objects/backgrounds/props, etc. that you want included/that have significance

– Any other random info/details you’d like included. Get as specific as you want!!
