Wow! There are so many beautiful pieces of art here! I decided to jump into this challenge last minute because I liked the prompts. I doubt I’ll be able to do all of them, but at least this gives me an excuse to sit down and draw for a few minutes every day.
Here’s one picture I am pleased with. 🙂

@deeprun Thank you! Of yours I especially liked “Job” because (I assume) it shows that the man has the job of protecting the little girl and the dragon has the job of protecting both of them. The dragon in all of your pictures is wonderful. 🙂

It is good contrast. It has a feel of the surface rotating too which adds a lot of interest.
Yes, good assumption with “Job”! I was working on two today but they defeated me. Tomorrow’s another day.

Me and some friends have also been doing Inktober. I’m a bit behind but here’s some of the ones I’ve done.
Day 1 ~ Ring
For some reason the prompt made me think of that song so I went with it. She has a halo-ring to add to the ring theme. 😛 (This has been my favorite of them so far. XD)
Day 2 ~ Mindless
Day 3 ~ Bait
Day 4 ~ Freeze
This turned out pretty well considering that I tried to do skin tones and failed so bad it looked like she had sunburn… So now she’s so scared she turned into a rock. Which actually works. XD
Day 6 ~ Husky
I know it said husky, but… Two huskies. 😀
When your wings are weak and you feel like you can't fly any farther you're halfway there!

@deeprun The lighting is very natural in both of those pictures and in “As a Kid” I like sense of wide-open space. Is that a bell-tower?

Inktober Day 8: “Frail”
I messed up a little bit on this one by trying to put too much detail into the face. My attempts ended with a giant wet blotch where I tried to “erase” the dry ink with water. 😛 You don’t see the full extent of the mistake because I touched it up with an editing program. (I don’t think that’s against the rules.) At least I know what not to do for next time.
Alsoooo, she seems to be staring straight out of the picture at the viewer. It’s a little disconcerting. A lot of my pictures turn out like that. I think it’s because I put the highlight in the wrong place, but if anyone has any tips that would be wonderful. 🙂
The girl is Brynna, btw. She’s in one of my books.
