I am currently working on contemporary romance about a girl who lived a terrible life, but cleaned herself up, but refused to get involved with anyone due to her misbelief on how romantic relationships work. Then “prince charming” comes along and I’m sure you know what happens after that š
There is somewhat of a mystery in it because she lies to the guy 10000% about her past then it literally shows up on her doorstep one day to bite her in the butt.
It’s just something I’m working on until I get out of school and can focus on my distopian book.
